At Zodiac Enlighten, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect
• significantly different from the product description

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused
• items must remain in original packaging
• proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• change of mind
• incorrect zodiac/variant selected by the customer
• minor color or appearance differences due to lighting/screens
• personalized/custom items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos/videos
• packaging photos if possible

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• replacement
• partial refund
• full refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processing or shipped.
